Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the part's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
